This module gives you the basics, as we dive into what menopause really is and what it does to us. Once your eyes have been opened, you get the 411 on how to thrive vs. just survive menopause, and clear the clutter in your way.

You’ll get the tools to start identifying what’s happening in your body and learn the power of tracking your symptoms.  You’ll also get the steps to set up your environment for success. 

  • In this module learn your Menopause Baseline Status? Use our tool to help you to look at key health indicators which are at risk during the menopause transition, and learn how to track your symptoms.
  • Establish a baseline of health.  A woman’s body is complicated and your risk for  diabetes, high blood pressure,  osteoporosis, heart disease and more increases during the menopause transition. Get into action and begin to take back control using the power of food with intro to macronutrient basics starting with the breakfast experiment.  
  • In this module we dive into the impact of lifestyle factors like stress and the effects of diet/nutrition on hormones and menopause .  A woman’s body is complicated and you get  the skinny on how hormones work and how you have the power to change the way they work.
  • You’ll start using the power of food . Get your first weekly omnivore and vegan hormone nourishing meal plans, w/recipes and prep guides to get you on track to weight loss, energy, better sleep, and more.

  • The power of hydration to relieve your symptoms, support your gut, and help your skin glow.  You learn how to make infused skinny waters and continue with macro balanced meals and prep guides to make nourishing your hormones simple.
  • In this module get the 411 on how your blood sugar works, and what to do to  keep it steady throughout the day for lasting long term weight loss, and symptoms relief.

  • In this module  uncover exactly the tools to talk to your doctor plus the basics of hormone  therapy and supplementation to help you thrive in menopause.
