This module will give you the basics, as we dive into what menopause really is and what it does to us. Once your eyes have been opened, we’ll talk about how to thrive rather than just survive menopause.
- Do you know your Menopause Baseline Status? Use our tool to help you to look at key health indicators which are at risk during the menopause transition.
- Establish a baseline of health. A woman’s body is complicated and your risk for diabetes, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, heart disease and more increases during the menopause transition. The lessons in this module will help you to take back control and start to establish a baseline of health.
- In this module we dive into the impact of lifestyle factors like stress and the effects of diet/nutrition on hormones and menopause
- You’ll learn the power of foods to deplete or replenish hormone function. And get started with using the power of food to support hormones with the breakfast experiment. A meal plan & recipes to help you start the day right! Plus, a bonus clean out your pantry guide.
- 25% of how a woman looks and feels in her 40’s is due to genetics, 75% is due to lifestyle habits including what you eat. The good news is you control what you put in your mouth and on your plate.
- In this module we show you how to master this element. You’ll get some help with our super simple & short elimination plan to root out the big 7 culprits that steal your energy & upset your hormones.
- Ever wonder why the diets that used to work haven’t since menopause began? In this module the lessons will show rookie mistakes we make trying to lose weight when our hormones are out of balance. And, what to do instead.
- You’ll get a 4-week meal plan that is balanced for macros. calories and hormone love.
- Did you know food has the power to make your hot flashes cool off or get hotter? This module will investigate what causes hot flashes, and how to reduce them in some cases to a whisper.

- In this module you’ll uncover exactly what you need to master seeing a doctor to help you thrive in menopause. When do you need to see a specialist, which labs, and how to find a menopause specialist where you live? How do you talk to your doctor? What questions should you ask?
- Get checklists and cheat sheets to guide you through this process. Plus, a guide on how to supplement so you stop wasting time and money.
Did you know self-care can affect your hormones? And how your body reacts to exercise can change with menopause. Also, in this lesson we’ll get you started on how to establish self-care rituals that are simple, quick and effective to start and end your day with purpose.
You will have one integration module – a week when you’ll get space inside of this program to breathe and integrate what you’ve learned already. During these moments you will tune in for the calls and hang out in the community. And take the chance to catch your breath and focus on an area where you want to spend more time.
